· ½ cup cottage cheese
· ¼ cup pineapple
· 2 Tbsp Sliced Raw Almond
· Cinnamon to taste
Throw it all together in a bowl and enjoy!
This is us. We eat healthy and we love our food. We are not uppity folks though we are what you would call "foodies". We like to try everything, although we maintain a pretty strict "diet" throughout the week giving ourselves a day to go crazy! Most of it is dairy free, gluten free and/or paleo lifestyle. But sometimes, you just need to get a bit of pasta or dessert in there. Moderation is key to a beautiful life.
